Getting started

Initial consultation

  • Immigration Health Surcharge
  • Court fees
  • Housing reports, DNA tests and other third-party costs

Important notes

  • You are not liable for VAT if you do not have permission to live in the UK, if you are a visitor, or if you are making an application from abroad for entry clearance. We will advise you based on your circumstances.
  • A supplement of up to £550 + VAT may apply for each additional dependant / multiple applicants.
  • Quoted fees do not include advice on appeals if the Home Office refuses your application (unless the item is an appeal fee).
  • More complex applications may attract higher fees — we will always advise you in advance.
